We are currently planning for a virtual dance party and this will be confirmed by mid-July.

When you log into the virtual meeting platform, look for the Networking Lounge button and click on it. The chatroom is based in the lounge and you do not need to make an appointment to enter this.

If you are looking for someone specific, go to the delegates area in the chatroom and search based on their profile (name, affiliation, country or scientific area of interest). You can leave a message for the person to respond.

Yes, you can change tracks if you wish. However, please note that you can only have one session screen open at a time.

Once a session has concluded, the video will be available on-demand for one month.

Sessions cannot be streamed directly from the Meeting APP. You can access the Virtual Meeting Platform through a button on the APP.

Paid registrants will receive a download instruction email one month prior to the meeting start date.

All registrants are invited to download the meeting APP one month prior to the meeting start date.

The APP will include access to all abstracts, the latest programme and news, delegate and exhibitor list and an access button to the Virtual Meeting platform. You can also generate your own schedule and contact other delegates prior to the meeting start date.

If you don’t have a credit card, you can pay by bank transfer. Please note that bank charges are to be covered by the payee.

All delegates can receive an electronic certificate of attendance after the meeting by completing the meeting survey.

You will not need special technologies or equipment to participate in ISCoS 2020: VIRTUAL. Our priority remains that the content of the conference is accessible around the world. Generally speaking, if you are able to watch videos on Facebook or Youtube from your device, then your internet speed is sufficient enough.

Presenters will be offered the opportunity to join free webinars on how to record and present virtually and we will provide assistance and other information in advance of the event.
